CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best service for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy: 📅 Appointment Cancellations • 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost. ⏰ Late Arrivals • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. 💳 Deposit Policy • For certain services or group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This is non-refundable in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. 🧘♀️ Group or Package Bookings • Group bookings and spa packages require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes. • A 50% deposit is required upon booking. ❄️ Weather or Emergency Exceptions • We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made in case of extreme weather or health emergencies at management’s discretion
